Matching Platform
- Use of the matching portal for 3 months
- Creating and publishing a profile independently
- Access to suitable profiles of senior aupairs and host families
- Making contact independently via the portal
For senior aupairs and host families who are looking on their own and do not need additional support during the stay.

The matching portal is currently in a supervised pilot phase. This means that you can already receive personalized and individualized placement services. For now, these are still provided with direct support rather than through automated processes.
If you’re interested in participating as a family or as a senior aupair, please feel free to sign up for a no-obligation introductory meeting!
Comfort Support
3 month access to the matching portal, plus:
- Initial in-person consultation & profile counseling
- Active matching with a suitable partner
- Support in making initial contact
- Intercultural preparation (online workshop or group meeting)
- Information and tips on daily life, understanding of roles, and
mutual expectations - Assistance with drafting contracts, insurance, and visa matters; arranging travel to and from the destination; and, upon request, arranging a language course (costs for travel services, insurance, and visas, if applicable, are not included and must be paid separately)
- Reflection and follow-up after end of program

Premium Support
All services included in the Comfort Support package are covered, including 3 month access to the matching portal and assistance with contracts, insurance, and visas, as well as the following additional services:
- Individual support before departure (e.g., regarding motivation, role clarification, personal goals)
- Personal point of contact during the stay (four one-on-one video calls, 60 minutes each);
- Individual counseling and support for challenges on-site (quick availability via phone and WhatsApp)
- Individual follow-up support (one personal one-on-one video call, approx. 60
minutes) for reflection
